Shipping & delivery policy

GetMarketty is an online software service supplied by Promptly AI Private Limited. We do not ship physical goods, so there are no shipping charges or delivery addresses.

Your plan is activated as soon as the payment gateway confirms your payment — usually within minutes. You receive a confirmation email and your tax invoice, and the features of your plan appear in your account at once.

If your plan is not active within 24 hours of a successful payment, email team@getmarketty.com and we will fix it or refund you.
