Data deletion

Promptly AI Private Limited operates GetMarketty. For privacy, account closure or erasure requests, email team@getmarketty.com. Integration disconnection, a Meta deletion request and closing your GetMarketty account are different actions, explained below.

You can remove GetMarketty and ask for your data to be deleted directly from Facebook:

• Open Facebook and go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites.
• Find GetMarketty and select Remove.
• Tick the option to delete your data, then confirm. Facebook shows you a confirmation code.

The Facebook access tokens, your app-scoped Facebook user ID, the permissions you granted and the connection details of the ad accounts GetMarketty received from Meta. Deletion runs automatically as soon as Meta tells us, and you can check its status below with your confirmation code.

Campaign reports and the leads and conversations in your GetMarketty account belong to your business account and are not deleted by a Facebook request. To delete them, or your whole GetMarketty account, use the steps below.

Disconnect Meta on the Connections page to remove its active access tokens. To request deletion of other records or your whole account, email our Grievance Officer from your account email address and describe the request. We verify your authority, explain any data that must be retained for legal or security reasons, and confirm the action taken. Records retained under applicable law and backup lifecycles are described in our Privacy Policy.
